the government (both central and state) should provide them with all the educational requirements , but also keep in mind not to increase the school fare so much that the schools become like universities and no students are there because the major problem in India has always been with money. So to have a balance in both financial and infrastructural projects the government and also the citizens of India should contribute to the society .
