It's a great relief to get out that dirty school and those mad teachers.

Albert Mission is one of the worst schools in Malgudi and I wasted so many years their because of my father's mistake.

I would miss my dear friends Somu, Sankar, Rajam and Mani.

I still remember the canning by the scriptures teacher and my dad's letter to the principal. I love my dad.

I am glad that examinations are over and I have finally left this missionary school.

Dear diary,

It was a great relief to get out of Albert mission school and get away from its teachers and their beatings.

It was not at all the place to study but I miss my friends somu, Shankar, rajam and mani they were great friends and relief in misery.
