Answer:

The story of Lost child signifies the love of a child for his parents.

We can justify this since the child lost interest in the things that he wanted earlier. He was not interested to take a ride in the roundabout , not interested to hear the flute music of the snake charmer, not interested to buy ballons neither the garland nor the sweets.

He just wanted to get back to with his mother and father.

Answer:

  • I would say that story signifies children love towards their parents as in the beginning one can observe that the child is attracted to almost everything he sees in the fair i.e from garlends and peppermints to toys, He enjoys the sight of bees flying etc when he is with his parents, though his parents refuse to buy anything from the fair.

  • But when he gets lost all his happiness gets disappeared and those things which earlier were giving him glory and happiness now starts to irritate him.

  • Moreover when a man tries to help him and offers him all those things which were earlier refused by his parents when he asked for them, he says no to everything and all he just want is now his parents

  • So this shows that for a child relationship towards his parents is indeed very important.
