"Glimpses of India" has been introduced in the syllabus so that students may get familiar with culturally beautiful places such as Goa, Coorg, and Assam.

These places are not only culturally beautiful, but have abundant resources that contribute phenomenally to Indian economy.

Goa is famous for Portuguese culture and tourism; Coorg is famous for coffee and tea; Assam is known for its tea gardens.
