what do you think would be the observation if the Alpha particle scattering experiment is carried out using a foil of a metal other than gold

because of the space inside the atom all most all particles pass through gold foil. the observations with other metals : the alpha particles may or may not pass though the metal. but in other mateals their will be deviation shown by alpha particles

Ho sakta hai ki metal ke sath react hine ke bad kuch aur ban jaye pridiction bahut tough hai lakin gold lene ka reason hai ki wo jaldi react ni karta. May be ye reason ho  skta hai.
