tubular reabsorption is the process where the primary urine which is filtered by glomerulus .This urine is further filtered in the petribular capillaries.

Explanation:

1) the extra water content essential substances are filtered.

2)if it is not filtered ,the essential substances and the extra water content will be flushed out and the person suffers from the loss of essential substances
