Blood pressure is the force of the blood against the wall of the arteries. as we know heart pumps to make the blood flow. This pumping action exerts force on the blood which is felt against the walls of the arteries. Blood pressure is represented by two numbers , Systolic pressure i.e. pressure when the heart contracts and diastolic pressure i.e. when the heart relaxes. The normal BP of human beings id 120/80.
