In 1946 a constituent Assembly formed. The main aim of this Assembly was to form a construction for the country. It was further formed 14 comnittee under this Assembly. Among the drafting committee was one. Before drafting any laws a debete was organized as like the debete is happening in parliament. After getting majority they drafted that laws.
