Disguised umemployment is also called under employment. It is a situation under which worker seems to be employed but actually he is not employed.
other words this type of employment does not give full time employment or regular employment
Rural areas-farmer is the best example becoz he is not full time employed in this field.he has to give water to field at the time of need
in Urban areas-Labourers is example they does not get full time employment

When people employed in a work are more than the people needed to complete the work then the surplus work force would be put in the category of disguised unemployment. Because they appear to be employed but they are not contributing anything.
Example- In agriculture in India a lot of people are engaged on the same field as if they are working.
