Global English is English  based on the fact that it  should be used across international borders .It can be used for business .It can be used by people of diverse native lingual backgrounds .It is a little bit more shallow  than British or American English.Many people in the world who speak English do not do it as their first language .

Indian English was inherited from the British English .Being a second language it has subsequently been eroded  to blend into the brackets of global English.English learnt in school is too basic for example phonetics and phonology cannot be taught in high school thus the poor pronunciation of word and even   disobeying syntax .
