hypermetropia refers to an eye disease
Long sigthedness
when a person cane see far by objects but is not able to veiw near by object i.e. 25 cm .
In this kind of defect eye lens has more diverging power.

it can be corrected by placing convex lens ,it converges the rays coming from distinct object .
