Rift valley is a linear shaped low land between highlands, plateaus or in the mountain ranges.it is ussually formed on a divergent plate boundry and also on a spreading away surfaces and which is then depended of the erosion.
In india some of the rift valleys are on the narmada river, tapat river and on the damodar glacier.
