for eg;; small manufacturing , transport , shopkeeping ,etc

 1 creating awareness among people

2  govt. should provide loans

3  govt should provide schemes for those who are willing to start their own non farming activity

4  land should e provided to people and diff. activities should be told to people like dairy farming , etc.
