Rule of Law in democracy implies equality before law. No matter what position a individual holds, they are treated equally in the eyes of law. No discrimination is made amongst people on legal grounds. Law guarantees equal privileges to every citizen irrespective of the discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, or religion
