You can rearrange your data by sorting A to Z or Z to A. or in ascending or descending order as you want. To sort the data, use the custom sort and filter by clicking on home tab>sort & filter> and select data and sort.

You can also sort data by using a pivot table and pivot chart. You can sort your data in alphabetical order, highest to lowest, and lowest to highest in just a few clicks. Select the data to click on the pivot table> then click on the small arrow next to row labels and column labels.
