Sustainable Development is a pattern of development that promises the use of resources in a way that meet human needs while preserving the environment so that these needs can be met not only in the present, but also for generations to come. It is necessary because the rate of population growth and consumption are rising higher that the the existent resources some of which are non replenishable.
