What do you understand by tag?
HTML tag are hidden keyboard within a web page. most tags contain 2 parts an opening part and a closing part.
E.G <HTML> is an opening tag and </HTML> is a closing tag.

in facebook, there is also a tag. what is the means of tag in facebook?
in any post you tag your friend name so that post will be visible in your friends timeline.
