in genocidal war the main aim of attacking party is to kill all the young guys who lives in the country,,it means to destroy the future of the country,now the question may arise in your brain how future will be destroyed,so let me tell you the main property and the main weapon of a country is youngesters who in future can make their country better,when they are not in a country then what will a country do,nothing..so it's abvious that when childrens are killed it means a countrys future is destroyed...
