Television is known as the idiot box because there are many adverse effects by prolonged watching of Television. Since there are many effects in watching television for long hours it is known as idiot box.
The depth perception is greatly affected in children due to 3D Television. Noise pollution affects the elderly people. Excess view of TV affects our relationship. Watching TV waste most our time and do not let us to do our own work.
