ENSO is term used when explaining how temperatures change in the pacific ocean. There are times the temperature in ocean drops a little and this is termed as ENSO neutral where by the are not high and not too low. This was first used during elinino which occurred in India. Since then it has been used in those regions around Pacific ocean.
