What do you understand by the statement "green plants are the universal food providers in the nature"?

this statement means that only plant is a living that actually provide food for other organism because plant make their food with the help of chlorophyll,sunlight,water,and carbon dioxide and convert it into starch which is eaten by herbivores to obtain the need of starch and then the herbivores is being eaten by carnivores for their daily requirement of starch as well as flesh or fat and then the carnivores is killed by human and due to their age this provide the fertility to the soil for the plant growth this cycle continue and we see that it start with plant and end on the plant

Plants, are the Universal food providers .Yes we all agree with this statements ..
This is because plants are the one which provide us food that's why they are also known as producers if there are no plants then think how will food be produced there will be no food and without food human or animal can't live because food is a basic need of animal and human.

Plants are not only producers in a particular area but in whole universe without plants there is no life.


So we call plants as universal producers
