All persons are equal before the law. It means that every person, from the president of the country to a domestic helper like Kanta has to obey the same law. No person can be discriminated against equality on the basis of their religion, caste, creed, race etc. Every person has access to all.

Equality is the soul of democracy. We know all the democracy is the form of government which gains equal importance and its recognisation is effective to all. Of inequalities on the basis of race, religion, caste, etc. continue to exist democracy would never flourish.
