By the term "all persons are equal before the law" means that the law or constitution doesn't show any type of difference in between people of the country through the basis of race, sex, region, religion, colour, language. This is very important in democracy or democratic country because the law should be same to every citizen of the country. Because the rich people of the community will easily win the case if the law is not equal to everyone.
