What do you understand by the term "All persons are equal before the law?" Why do you think it is important in a democracy?

The caste we are born into, the religion we practice, the class background we come from, whether we are male or female - these are often the things that determine why some people are treated unequally. Omprakash Valmiki and Ansaris were the people who were treated unequally because of their caste and religion. When persons are treated equally, their dignity is violated.

Heya!
here is ur answer:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ALL PERSONS ARE EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW
it means that Not one greater than law.
● If any person had done any critical thing,
then he/She will get the punishment according to Law
It doesn't matter that the person is poor or rich.
●For example: If any judge had done any kind of critical work, Then the judge will also get the punishment according to the law.
It is most important in Democracy because according to democracy all people are equal.
So, it is also same in law too.
that's why it democracy is very important
in law.
