what do you understand by the term 'Fundamental Rights' as given in our constitution ? elaborate in 250 words.

fundamental rigths are granted by the constitution of india. the idea off undamental rights was taken from USSR (present day Russia). there are mainly six basic fundamental rights that we need to follow. these rights give us an idea regarding our claims and our morals. these are the basic rights that cannot be voilated in any case. if anyone dares to voilate these rights then we have the option to appeal in the court of law. moreover, a special right is counted in these fundamental rights and that is "Rigth To Constitutional Remedies" which states that in case of voilation of rights we can appeal to the court of law.
