Fundamental rights are some of the rights fundamental for life which are given a special status.
There are six Fundamental rights in our Constitution:-
1. Right to Equality.
2. Right to Freedom.
3. Right against Exploitation.
4. Right to Freedom of Religion.
5. Cultural and Educational Rights.
6. Right to Constitutional Remedies.

The Fundamental Rights of the people of India are contained in Part III of the Constitution.They ensure that the people can live with dignity and freedom.If any of these rights are violated,a citizen can approach the court for redressal.The six Fundamental Rights given to all the Indian citizens are-:

•Right to equality-giving equal respect and no person should be exploitated because of his sex,race,colour,caste,etc.

•Right to Freedom and speech and expression-everyone has the right to speak anything under rules and regulations.

•Right against exploitation-no one is forced to do a small job or to do begging.

•Right to freedom of religion-people can choose any religion.

•Cultural and educational rights-everyone has right to be educated and to study.

•Right to constitutional remedies-everyone has the right tp approach court if his/her rights have been violated.
