It is the basic human freedoms that every Indian Citizen has the right to enjoy a proper and harmonious development of personality.

fundamental right are the basic right given to all the individuals of india.
there are basically 6 fundamental right mention in constitution of india:
1. Right to Equality 2. Right to Freedom 3. Cultural and Educational Rights 4. Right to Freedom of Religion 5. Right Against Exploitation and 6. Right to Constitutional Remedies
