FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ARE THE BASIC RIGHTS OF ALL CITIZENS.THESE RIGHTS APPLY IRRESPECTIVE OF RACE,PLACE OF BIRTH,RELIGION,CASTE,CREED OR SEX.THESE ENFORCEABLE BY THE COUNTRY SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS.
