What do you understand by the terms ‘marginalized’ and ‘mainstream'?

marginalised =to treat someone as they are not important
mainstream = to make something become accepted as they are normal
e. g =when 1 style get old and new is reborn, the mainstream mean to jump from trend to trend as there are no changes before that is to keep it normal
