What do you understand by total quality management, what are the requirements to implement tqm approach in an organization.

Total quality management or TQM is a long-term management approach with the aim of achieving success for the organisation through customer satisfaction. The basic feature of TQM is that all members of the organisation are involved with the improvement of processes, products, services and also in the cultural environment within the organisation.
