What do you understand from tern as like in situ and ex situ conservation??? ​

In situ soils which are situated in the original, natural or existing place or position. They are also called residual soil example black soil these soils are not very deep. These soils resemble with the parent rock.

Transported soil ( ex situ) These are soils which carried down by agents of graduation such as river, wind example Alluvial soil. These soils are deep these do not resemble with the rock system of the area.

Soil conservation

Soil conservation includes all those measures which help in protecting the soil from erosion and exhausion.

Need for soil conservation

1)Soil is an essential resource for suitable agriculture.

2)Soil conservation is also required to avert food crisis.

3)Soil conservation is required to meet the presence and future needs of the population in the terms of food, fibre and shelter etc.
