Globally English is quite different in every country. But since it is such a broad spectrum let's compare Indian English with British English.
Firstly, Indians do not tend to pay proper heed to their pronunciation whereas British speakers are very particular about their pronunciation.
Indians tend to speak in a fast manner rather than be fluent, British speakers however are quite fluent and clear in their conversations.
