* the indian constitution was drafted by motilal nehru and 8 other leaders
*the resolution at karachi session of the INC on how independent india's constitution should look like in 1931.
*both these documents were commited to the inclusion of universal adult franchise ,right to freedom and protecting the rights of minorities in the constitution of independent india.
