Candidate should be belong to the party quanguo renmin daibiao dahui ( national people's Congress )...
Before contesting elections in China, it is mandatory for applicant the applicant have the permission of the Chinese communist party. The applicant who is a member of more than five smaller parties or Chinese communist party can be qualified for the contesting election. The applicants is not required to have the high education criterion for the contesting elections.
