Teadpol that develops from an egg respirates through gills. But soon after metamorphosis when it changes to adult frog the gills are replaced by lungs. Hence, you required answers are lungs.
Moreover, teadpol are bound to live only in water but frog may or may not live in water. Hence, frog have lungs and have more options to live i.e. in water and land.

Tadpole with hind legs. Over about a 24 hour period, the tadpole develops into a frog. This means almost every organ has to change so the tadpole can go from living underwater to living on land as an adult frog.
