what does article 22 of constitution guarantee to every arrest person

The article 22 of constitution states some guarantee for arrested persons...

They are :

==> No person who is arrested can be detained without being informed

==> The arrested person can have a defense lawyer to prove that he/she is guilty

==> The arrested person had the right to inform his relatives or friends

==> The arrested person should be produced in the magistrate within 1 day (24 hours)
