Article 46 in the Indian constitutions deals with the “Promotion of educational and economic interest of suppressed and depressed people of the society, such as SC, ST, and other weaker sections.” Article 46 is exclusively defined in Part IV, which is under Directive Principle of State Policy(DPSP). That means the government is having full authority for its implementation. However, if the government is unable to implement it properly, you can not go to Supreme Court against the state to file a charge sheet.

Provisions under Article 46
