ecological imbalance is caused by variation in temperature levels, global warming, green house effect , it can also happen if one species of animals get extinct and the food chain breaks .

For eg. If all the deers die due to some disease, the lions won't be able to get their food and meet there energy requirements.This will lead to the ultimate death of lions .
