√ To be a Buddhism monk was a huge task because a monk was restricted in various ways...
He had not allowed to get the great food, not to collect money, not to live luxary life, not to sleep at bed , compulsory to read holy books and so on....

√ Today, we all r aware about our habit that we can't image so restricted life like monks...We can make some simple promises like to help others, don't tell lie , daily prayer etc..but not all...

1) eating simple and boiled foods

2) sleeping on the floor

3) not to tell lies and lead a life of positiveness
