Anger is caused by legitimate desires (most of the time) that come, wrongly, to rule us. These desires could be called “natural desires,” like love, fear, hope, longing, respect, control etc. Natural desires for good things are meant to stay below our desire to please God.

Ans:-

"Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil." "But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness." "Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly."-------------------------------- i hope it will helpful for you.✔️
