A code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the social norms, religious rules and responsibilities of, and or proper practices for, an individual.

Code of conduct means that no political party is allowed to hold advertisment campaigns before 1 week of the date of election. In case the political party does not follow the rules, it will not be allowed to participate in the elections.
