Our Constitution says that no children below 14 years must be employed. It also provides free education for young children.

Answer:

Artical 24 of Indian constitution clearly says that

"No child below the age of 14 years shall be employed to work in any factory or mine or any employment ". The child labour act of 1986 designates a child as a person who has not completed age 14 years .
