For Mandela courage does not mean the absence of fear but a victory over fear. According to him brave men need not only be fearless but should be able to conquer fear.

Answer:
Nelson Mandela has a different definition for the fear. He always said that courage does not mean that there is no fear in the person.
Explanation:
A courageous person is counted so, because he had learned from the hurdles and won over his fear. Our greatest conquer on our fear makes us courageous and confident in life.
If we think that we do not fear anything then we are courageous. It is simply wrong. If we know how to triumph up from our fear then we are courageous.
