Democracy is a type of government in which every citizen of a country have equal rights.

Right to vote = every citizen of a country if he or she is or black or white above 18 years have right to vote

Right to education = every citizen of a country have right to education if he or she is poor or rich , white or black, small or big .

Right to freedom = every citizen of a country have freedom he or she can go anywhere and can do anything in his or her life

Right to speak = every citizen of a country can speak or his or herself or her opportunities for her equality etc

There are many other rights

If country have democratic government and people of the country have these rights so we can say that country is democratic
