Helen the ghost asks john to prevent all his friends and relatives from playing ouija board, she asked him to do so because the human beings had made it difficult for her and other ghosts to live as they continously called him through the ouija board to ask their mindless questions to which the ghosts had to answer. Due to this they did not had enough time to sleep or take some rest and had become very tired.
