what does hello and how are you doing and plus make a sentence only using french

Hello means Salut.
Hello also means bonjour.
But I prefer saying Salut as bonjour also means good morning.

How are you doing means
= Comment ça va? (If you say to somebody who smaller that you or of your age)
= Comment allez-vous (If you are saying to somebody who is older than you)
