What does hetrotropes and autotropes mean... thanks in advance!

Autotrophs are organisms that can produce their own food from the substances available in their surroundings using sunlight (photosynthesis ) or chemical energy (chemosynthesis).
Ex.. All green plants...
Heterotrophs cannot synthesize their own food and are dependent on the other organisms for their nutrition.
Ex.. Humans, animals etc...

Autotroph means an organism that can make its own food (eg:- all green plants )and heterotrophs means an organisms that can not make its own food.It depends on other organisms.eg:-all animals and human beings )
