Answer:THE SENTENCE HERE MEANS THAT WHOSOEVER SAID WANTS TO SAY THAT HE HAVE SOMEONE WHOM HE KNOWS CAN MAKE THE PARENTS LEARN ABOUT HOW THEY SHOULD LIVE AND HOW THEY SHOULD TALK WITH OTHERS.....
