bcoz the bacteria present in the curd is lacto bacillis is grows in favourable condition....and the favourable condition for this bacteria is in winter so it take less time in summer rather than winter

it takes less time to prepare curd in summer as compared to preparing it in winter because in summer temperature is higher than winters and high temperature favours growth of yeast.
