Answer:

I explain as follows;

Once a foreigner who was a desciple of Sri Rama Krishna Paramahansa asked “Guruji, how do you explain in most simple ways about rebirth and karma. Please do not quote Bhagavad-Gita, I cannot understand, it's high philosophy and difficult for a person like me to assimilate”.

Sri Rama Krishna Paramahansa advised her to visit a near by govt. maternity hospital for few days and to just observe.

The foreigner did as advised and came back in a weeks time and said “thank you guruji, I am now enlightened and have no doubts”.

For the benefit of many who were sitting there guruji asked her to explain what she observed and what did she realize.

The foreigner replied “guruji, every day I noticed pregnant women from different status would come to the hospital for delivery. The very rich women would be provided best of the facilities and expert doctors would monitor her round the clock. Child born to her would receive immediate attention and would receive the best care. The women from average financial background would receive just enough attention and the child born to her would be attended by doctors at their leasure. And for the poor, no one would care, no doctor would see the child except the nurses and midwife. I realised there is no harm or sin the new born has committed to receive such differential treatment. It is the past karma which is responsible for the childs birth in the circumstances.”

Now coming to our question although the date, time and place may be same but birth in a given circumstances also to be considered.

To elaborate let us imagine a queen, ministers wife and a guards wife all deliver sons on the same day, hour and place. All charts will have same yogas. But the results of yogas in all three would be such that kings son may become the emperor, Minister's son may become prime minister, and the guards son may become a Sargent.

Therefore, the circumstances of the native also count and an intelligent astrologer would take all such things into consideration while reading a chart. This is called Desha, Kala, Mana & Patra circumstances in Astrology.
