The women from average financial background would receive just enough attention and the child born to her would be attended by doctors at their leasure. And for the poor, no one would care, no doctor would see the child except the nurses and midwife. I realised there is no harm or sin the new born has committed to receive such differential treatment. It is the past karma which is responsible for the childs birth in the circumstances.”
